NirogyaFit, its organizers, partners, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, illness, disability, death, accident, loss, theft, or damage to any person or property resulting from participation in the event.

4. Road & Traffic Safety - Participants are required to adhere to all applicable traffic laws, local regulations, and public safety guidelines. Cyclists must wear a well-fitted helmet, and all participants are encouraged to wear reflective clothing or utilize lights when participating in low-light conditions.

5. Safe Environment - Participants are responsible for selecting a safe route and appropriate weather conditions. Avoid participating under unsafe weather conditions, hazardous terrain, or any environment that could jeopardize personal safety.

6. Personal Responsibility - Participants are solely responsible for their hydration, nutrition, equipment, attire, and overall safety during the event.

7. Emergency Situations - In the event of an accident, injury, or medical emergency, participants should promptly contact local emergency services and seek appropriate medical aid. NirogyaFit does not provide on-site or remote medical supervision during this virtual event.

8. Equipment Responsibility - Participants are responsible for ensuring that their bicycle, footwear, fitness equipment, and mobile devices are safe and in good working order prior to participation.

9. Activity Tracking - Participants must record their activity utilizing a GPS-enabled fitness application or smartwatch. NirogyaFit reserves the right to verify submitted results and may reject entries that appear inaccurate, manipulated, incomplete, or fraudulent.

10. Fair Participation - Any attempt to falsify activity data, misuse tracking devices, or submit another individual's activity may lead to immediate disqualification without refund.

11. Registration - Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the organizer.

12. Event Modifications - NirogyaFit reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, technical issues, or force majeure.

13. Photographs & Media - Participants grant NirogyaFit permission to utilize submitted photographs, videos, names, and event results for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless restricted by law.

14. Data Privacy - Personal information will be utilized solely for event administration, participant communication, certificate generation, and related promotional activities in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

15. Participant Conduct - Participants are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully throughout the event. Dangerous riding or running practices, reckless behavior, or violations of applicable laws may result in disqualification.

16. Minors - Participants under the age of 18 must register with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

17. Limitation of Liability - To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NirogyaFit, its organizers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the event.
